Thank you for purchasing The Scale-Up Guidebook. We aim to ensure your satisfaction with our product. Please carefully review our return policy below:

Returns for Domestic Orders (Indonesia)

We accept returns under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility:
   • Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the book.
   • The book must be in its original condition (unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging).
   • Sale items are not eligible for returns. 
   • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. 
2. Required Documentation:
   • A proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation).
   • An unboxing video clearly showing the condition of the book upon delivery.
3. Return Process:
   • Send an email to cs@sms-id.com with all the required documents attached.
   • Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide further instructions.

Please note:

• Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the product unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item being sent.
• Refunds or replacements will only be processed after the returned book is received and inspected.

Returns for International Orders

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for orders shipped outside Indonesia. For international purchases, we recommend buying through Amazon for a better customer experience, as they provide comprehensive support for returns and exchanges.

General Notes

• Returns that do not meet the above requirements will not be accepted.
• We recommend checking the product carefully upon delivery and documenting its condition to ensure a smooth return process if needed.
