  • Returns are only applicable for local purchases within Indonesia.

  • Requests for returns must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Returns will be accepted only for defective or damaged physical copies with complete documentation and proofs of unboxing the package.

b. Gift Cards:

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
